"If my great grandparents were still there, they would have fainting!" admits Cecilia, who just got married when she was a little girl of 2 years.

Phenomena   is far from isolated. If today one in two children born out of wedlock * Some mothers after having their baby decide to take the plunge and merge through marriage to the man they love.
