Speaking to Angop, Sala thinks that the vernacular languages should be preserved and when these national idioms are used in songs they contribute to their valorisation.

She called on the musicians to conduct more researches on vernacular languages, aiming for their proper performance.

Sala was born in the northern Uíge province.
