Last week was the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in New York City, and one of my favorite fashion events of all times. I hope to one day soon have the opportunity to cover this phenomenal event  for a magazine or network. I can’t speak enough on the massive amount of energy that is under those tents during fashion week, and all the star studded, and fashion mogul parties that take place in “The City” that week. If you ever have the opportunity to attend, or just be apart of any of the happenings  that week, I guarantee you would most def be attending again.

This 2013 Spring season has lots of new trends, but also some of the old trends are still going to hang around for another season, as some trends often repeat themselves. Such as color blocking, wedge heels (which I LOVE), fringe, and sheer blouses will still be in this coming Spring. But as you all know one of my favorite designers Tracy Reese has done it again, she designs the most chic, girlie girl but simple attire for all aged attire for women.

And if you didn’t know already our First Lady Michelle Obama is one of her biggest all time supporters as well. Mrs, Obama has been spotted on several different occasions rocking Tracy Reese’s designs. Most recently at the 2012 DNC. If you aren’t familiar with the Designer Tracy Reese, I strongly suggest you start following her. She is BEAUTIFUL BROWN GIRL THAT ROCKS!!!! Take a look at some of her Spring 2013 collection from Fashion Week.
