Elizabeth, Patricia, Carli Traore-Andony was born in Libreville in 1968, Gabon to Albert Nzoghe and Therese Etoh both ex-diplomats. She is a native of Gabon, Equatorial Guinea and Cameroon.

Jean-Robert Etoh, Elizabeth's maternal grandfather, was a Gabonese public figure. She is the fourth of a large family of 10 children.

She spent her early years in Libreville and Bonn- Bad Godesberg in Germany because her mother has served as a diplomat at the Embassy of Gabon. At a very early age she was fascinated by foreign languages and was groomed by her mother to take over the family business.

Elizabeth   was raised Catholic and attended private schools through her entire education like the Lycee Français de Bonn (école de Gaulle-Adenauer) and Private Ernst Kalkuhl-Gymnasium Bonn . At age 14 after having some difficulties at home, her parents sent her in boarding school in Strasbourg.;  La Doctrine Chrétienne.
In 1988 following her high school graduation, she spent a year studying at the University of Nancy 2, Faculty of foreign languages. Then she started a BTS in International Commerce. After graduation, she enrolled at London Metropolitan University in London, graduating in 1998 with a degree in Humanities and Social Sciences.  After leaving university, she is fluent in English, French, Italian, German and several African dialects.

Elizabeth Traore-Andony was inspired to follow hermother's footsteps and to take charge of the family business. She has practiced in the field of foreign languages, communication and the promotion of tourism for many years.

 

In 2003, Elizabeth Traore-Andony founded ILSEC (International Language Services Express & Communication), one of the first UK agencies to specialize in the translation and interpretation of African dialects. She has spent more than 20 years in bridging communication barriers between overseas businesses and the UK.

 

In 2004, 2 ILSEC interpreters were requested by the Government of Sudan to interpret during the peace negotiation agreement in the United States. Today, they are Ministers in their own countries.

 

Meanwhile between 2004 and 2005 she attended a training in finance and investment management and wealth with the citisolutions Financial (UK).Recognized by the UK Financial Services Authority (FSA), her role was to assist clients in the planning and arrangement of their financial affairs, such as savings, retirement provisions, tax treatment and wills and to help the client maintain the desired balance of investment income or capital gains...

 

In 2008, she created Save You Time, an extension of ILSEC to fill growing needs of her clients.  Save You Time (London concierge service) offers a wide range of customized services at competitive prices.

 

 In 2009, she founded the CMOLondon (Cemac Market Opportunity London). CMOLondon is a non-profit organization and aims to promote business opportunities of the CEMAC region (Gabon, Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, Chad, Central African Republic and Congo Brazzaville) in UK. Then, Elizabeth created CMOLondon club a think tank including British Politicians, Businessmen, PhD, scientists and all those interested in the promotion of the CEMAC region. Elizabeth has also initiated CMOLondon Conference which organizes conferences on potential of the CEMAC countries. The idea is to create a favorable place to facilitate synergies and exchanges between Central Africa and the United Kingdom to encourage investment from England to Africa. The CMOLondon is in contact with several other organizations in Europe and provides annual conferences at the prestigious Grand Connaught rooms where many African politicians and British investors solidly implanted on the African continent come and share their experiences. The goal is to fill the lack of information about CEMAC resources. Elizabeth’s dream is to see the CEMAC countries build strong business ties with UK Export and Businesses.

 

Elizabeth is very concerned by the plight of African people affected by poverty and illnesses. She regularly responds to requests from ad hoc bodies or individuals by providing material or financial support including Ivory Coast, Gambia and Senegal. She also helps 10 Senegalese girls continue or complete their education.

 

In 2009, Elizabeth created the Friends of Central Africa, a charity that aims to alleviate poverty in Central Africa and fight illnesses like Malaria or AIDS.
